Question here for the oldest players:

Focus items named simply "Focus Item".

There were many of them in the first ~2 months after release, different skins and attributes, but they were mainly (or maybe all) quest reward or collector items. I don't know if any of them were also normal drops, but just found this in my old screenshot collection:

I know the quest reward "Focus Items" had their names updated but maybe not all of them. And if there were any randomly dropped ones there may be a good chance they weren't, if there were any in the first place.
The screenshotted one may still be just a quest reward thing (many of them were modless at release) so I got no proof randomly dropped ones ever existed.

So I'm looking for any info, as existance of even a crappy white today would be cool.

Umm atleast ive never seen any of em ever dropping, or just never paid attension on such. ive played since release, didnt play during betas tho

I believe purple/blue weapons with +xx%/-5ene mod (and +xx%/-10armor) stopped dropping at Factions release, together with the +xx%/-degen inherents on purples/blues.

Hard to say if any of them are still in game not merched, but accounts inactive for 4-5 years hold many old treasures.
I think there's a pretty good chance that a few still exist in Pre-Searing (dual vamp purples do exist there, extreme rare).

i don't think this was covered on this thread yet, but i was wondering if dwarven axes still drop gold in prophecies. i always understood that they did still but i've been in sorrow's furnace for a while with No luck whatsoever. Plus i just came across another thread where someone said that they don't -the way i just described-. Anyone have any experience with this?

No, as tyrian Crystalline swords And serpent axes, Dwarven axe was Hoh Drop, although it also did drop from Lost strongbox and Frozen chest, But it never dropped from any foe orso as far as i know..

Purple versions are still obtainable from Sorrows/fow etc..

For this, I think there is tattered girls capes, and Diessa icons with 10% enchaments.. Im sure i saw icon like that just year ago..
For tattered capes seen few now and then popping up on market.

I remember using one i had on my inv for the gwen thingy maybe 2years ago

Gold Tyrian Dwarvens could have been possible drops from some other keyless chests/barrels in the first months just as Crystallines were (the far from max ones especially). Unfortunately many players, me included, were so noob they didn't recognize Dwarven as a rare valuable skin (like Crys which was well known from day 1).

Tattered Capes should still exist and not even extreme rare, unless everyone (thousands of players had it) did exactly what I did - at EotN release when I've found out the cape got a use I decided there's no reason to keep it any longer, and gave it to Gwen, lol.

The 10% Ench Diessa Icon was discussed a lot in the last weeks. They were changed at the collector in the first couple weeks after release and a few years later the existing ones (or one) got nerfed mere days after one was sold on Guru High-End sale (probably someone has seen it and written a report to Anet or even the seller has just shown it to a dev as he was from a guild with many of them)

Dont think it is.. As inscriable version is end chest only drop..

and uninsc only from foes in urgoz/deep, which are damn high lvl's in nm even, so doubt they would drop such

Max dmg for axe is 6-28, so have 7-27 isnt likely. And i dont think there are any weps that are 1 off max like that

Skeletor Il has a 7-21 white tribal axe (blue after adding + health)
i has golden 7-19 and 7-20 axes.. not sure if there are others around

Note from wiki: "A low damage axe can also have minimum damage of 7"
